We are a community of people from across the country who are uniting to fight for the SAFE and RESPONSIBLE placement of cell towers in Nevada County, CA and beyond!

In 2024, our neighborhood was shocked to receive a notice that Verizon planned to install a 13-story tower a mere 100 feet from several of our homes. Together, we challenged their permit—and we won at the county level!

Instead of moving their site location to a vacant hilltop, Verizon filed a lawsuit in federal court against Nevada County, CA. Our county said that they don’t plan to fight this lawsuit but that if We the People want to file a motion to intervene and lead the fight ourselves we can.

We are stepping up to the challenge and we’ve hired some of the TOP attorneys in the country to help us win this fight!

As neighbors, parents, and friends, we are determined to stand strong against corporate giants who are installing towers in unsafe and irresponsible locations.

Our goal is to protect our homes and families from the reckless placement of cell towers and work together to ensure they go in locations that HELP us versus HURT us.
